Add the NASCAR race to your trip and spend Saturday & Sunday at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway watching the fast action of the Sam’s Town 300 on Saturday and the UAW-Daimler Chrysler 400, a NASCAR Winston Cup Series race, on Sunday.

New York, New York Hotel & Casino (5 1/2) The New York, New York Hotel & Casino, located in the south end of the strip, recreates traditional New York City landmarks including a classic Manhattan skyline with 12 New York style skyscrapers housing the hotel's rooms. Flight Information: Your Las Vegas charter flights will be on a Boeing 727. The departure out of Huron will be at 10:05 am arriving in Las Vegas 10:55 am. The return flight departs out of Vegas at 8 pm with arrival in Huron at 12:30 am. The flight times are subject to change. It is advised to reconfirm all flights at least 24 hours prior to departure. Arrival at the airport should be at least 90 minutes prior to departure. All passengers over the age of 17 are required to have a valid Government issued photo ID (i.e. drivers license). Failure to have proper ID will result in a denied boarding. Cancellations and Insurance Information: A penalty will result in any cancellations or no-shows. Packages are nonrefundable unless seats can be resold. Insurance is available at a cost of $35.00 per person. Information is available from Skyways Travel Now.

Baggage: Each passenger is allowed 1 carry on item (to be no larger than 45 linear inches: (height+ width+ depth) and 2 checked pieces. Any other luggage is subject to rejection or an additional charge. Any luggage is subject to a security search. The following is not allowed: Any sharp object (carry-on), any object that could be viewed as a weapon, fireworks, flammable or explosive materials. Some exceptions may be allowed. NASCAR: Race tickets that can be purchased with your Skyways Travel Now Las Vegas Package are for The Saturday & Sunday races. Seats are located in the blue section. Go to www.lvms.com for more information. This package also includes transfers to and from the track. On Sunday, the NASCAR package includes transfers to the airport upon completion of the race.

Prices: All prices are based on double occupancy and availability. Price includes round trip air, hotel, taxes & fees, transfers to and from hotel and tickets to the Saturday & Sunday races at the Las Vegas Speedway if that package is purchased (Transfers to and from Speedway also included in NASCAR package).

Payments: A deposit of $200.00 per person (plus cost of insurance if accepted) is required upon making your reservation. Final payment will be due on or before January 9, 2004. Failure to make final payment by this date will result in a service fee or cancellation with no refund of your deposit.

Documents: Documents will arrive approximately 10 days prior to departure. Documents will be required upon check-in at the airport on departure to and from Las Vegas. A major credit card will be required upon check-in at your hotel for any incidentals charged to your room.

NASCAR tickets are nonrefundable. Departure out of Las Vegas will be on Sunday March 7, regardless of a rainout or any other delay of the race.

For those wishing to stay in Huron the night prior to departure and/or on the return, a block of rooms has been set aside at the Crossroads Hotel and Convention Center at a rate of $55.00 per night. The Crossroads is a full service hotel with a bar and restaurant on the property. Please advise Amy if you would like one of the rooms set aside for you. A credit card is required for the hotel reservation.
